Share Your Vision
To get started, we ask that you provide 5 to 10 photos of the area or areas you'd like landscaped. Photos can be emailed as a reply to any of our correspondence, or sent via text to 319-244-8366. If texting, please include your name so we can connect your photos to your inquiry.
Initial Review & Consultation Scheduling
Once we receive your photos, our team will review them, provide initial feedback, and reach out to discuss your budget and goals. From there, we'll schedule a convenient time for a site visit.
Site Visit & Consultation
One of our experienced team members will meet you on-site to discuss your project in detail. We'll take notes, photos, and measurements to ensure our design accurately reflects your space and vision.
Custom Design
Using everything we've gathered, we'll create a customized landscape design tailored specifically to your needs and wants. Our goal is to have your design ready within 2 to 4 weeks, though more complex projects or peak seasonal demand may require additional time.
Proposal Review
We'll schedule a time to meet at our office to walk through your proposal together. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, request adjustments, and make sure every detail is exactly what you're looking for.
Moving Forward
If you're ready to proceed, we ask for a 30% down payment to secure your project. This allows us to begin preparing everything needed to bring your design to life.
Added to the Installation Schedule
Once your down payment is received, you'll be added to our installation schedule. Please note that weather conditions, our current workload, and projects already in progress can all impact your start date. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Materials, Utilities & Installation
With everything in place, we'll order your materials, locate underground utilities, and get to work. This is where your vision starts becoming reality!
Follow-Up Walk-Through
After your project is complete, an Egli Landscapes representative will follow up with a call and an on-site walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations and our high standards of quality.
Final Invoice & Survey
Your final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent along with a short survey. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue improving the experience for every client we serve.
